You have the Lions taking a third round LB in the second round? Try Gooden or maybe a DE and take a Wheeler in the third round. NO way they take him in the second. try again.

Yeah I can totally see the Chefs being a player now that they gave the Herschel Walker treatment to the Vikings. I still think they are going to stick with Brodie Croyle. They still seem to be high on him, kinda like Chicago never giving up on Rex Grossman. With the extra picks they will draft some weapons and help on the O Line and see what he can do with more help. As far as the owner vs. front office debate, you gotta with Arthur Blank on this one. He's got a new front office and new coach. He has got to be pissed off about where the team headed with Petrino and Vick watching over things. He will make a power play to re-affirm his status as owner. The man owns Home Depot for chrissakes, he should know how to fix things right?

Good to hear from you shakes. The story I hear is that the owner, Mr Blank, wants Matt Ryan but the front office wants Dorsey. If Dorsey is off the board the front office wants Chris Long or trade down (which they say they have plent of offers from teams who want Ryan, ie Ravens or Chiefs). So it comes down to Owner or Front Office. I really think Dorsey and Brohm is their priority as a packags so maybe they'd decide to get Ellis here and trade up to get Brohm later in the 1st??? At the same time I completely could see them taking Ryan because he could be a Day 1 starter over those jokers they got playing QB right now (sorry Shockley). That's a tough one. If it were me, I'd trade down, probably to the Chiefs (they got picks to play with now) or Ravens, pickup an extra pick, draft Ellis, and then trade up to grab Brohm. BUT, I think when Saturday comes, they'll stick with Matt Ryan and take him at 3 if Dorsey is gone; Mr Blank gets his new franchise face.

Hey Tim, what do you think the Falcons will do if (and when) the Rams take Dorsey instead of Chris Long. I personally don't think they'll wait for the 2nd round or bottom of the 1st to take Brohm. My gut tells me they go ahead and select Matt Ryan. It's not looking like a strong draft for QBs next year.

So far, I think you're the only mockster who's had the Niners taking two OL in the first three days. I like it! However, I'm not sure Cherilus will still be around at pick #39. Hope he is, but if not, they'll go top OLB or DT/DE.

the Lions if they take Mendenhall in the first then they will go, Mayo or Conner or Lofton in the Second. Greco and Langford in the Third.

Where is the O-Great Ryan's mock so we can all learn something from it. He obviously knows his stuff since he can tell us who will start even before draft day.
